Hepatic telangiectasis/peliosis and bronchopneumonia are correct. Could you list some possible differential diagnosis?
For the liver lesion, besides peliosis hepatis/telangiectasis, I’d include biliary cysts and biliary cystadenoma hemangiosarcoma in my differential diagnoses. What about you? For the lung lesions, not sure yet what to say in terms of differential diagnoses…Could you please tell us if possible what is the etiology of the bronchopneumonia in this particular case? Thanks!
Alex, the answers will be published on November 23th. Thank you for your comments!
For the liver lesion, besides peliosis hepatis/telangiectasis and hemangiosarcoma, I’d include biliary cysts and biliary cystadenoma in my differential diagnoses. The lungs are consolidated…Bronchopneumonia? The possible etiology for this bronchopneumonia (if this is in fact inflammation)? I dunno…
Peliosis hepatis/telangiectasis or hemangiosarcoma in the liver of a geriatric cat? Not sure about the lung lesion yet…
