Qual é o seu diagnóstico morfológico?
Pulmão, pneumonia necrosante (gangrenosa), multifocal a coalescente, acentuada.
Cavitações negras no pulmão sugerem fortemente pneumonia gangrenosa por aspiração em qualquer espécie.

Severe, acute to subacute, localized, necrotizing, gangrenous (see the multiple dark red/green/black cavitating lesions? That’s gangrene to me) infarctive pneumonia [possibly a nasty, foul smelling aspiration pneumonia - accidental inhalation of foreign material - since it looks like an aspiration pneumonia grossly, and is centered around the airways and is cone-shaped; this is probably the antero/cranioventral part of the lung on cut section; maybe there is also acute fibrinous pleuritis on the overlying pleura of this affected area of the pulmonary parenchyma].
Very good indeed! It’s a gangrenous aspiration pneumonia.
Thanks! 8oD Next one please! :<)
