In this case an iridociliary adenoma. Malignancy in this tumor is characterized by scleral invasion which is not present. Anyway, iridociliary adenomas and carcinomas rarely metastasized and in cats, glaucoma is present in only 58% of carcinomas and 24% of adenomas and the main reason for enucleation is the presence the mass itself.
We presented a retrospective study of 101 iridociliary epithelial tumor in cats in the 2009 ACVP meeting, so if anyone is interested, you can check the abstract in the procedures.
Massa!! nos que mandamos esse caso!
Linda foto! Você já estava aí quando este caso foi mandado?
Ja, fui eu que preparei essa caso.
