Qual é o seu diagnóstico morfológico?

Fígado, hepatite necrosante e linfo-histiocítica, difusa, acentuada, com cariomegalia e corpúsculos de inclusão botrióides basofílicos intracitoplasmáticos.

Circovírus porcino tipo 2 tem sido associado a surtos de síndrome do definhamento multissistêmico dos suínos (SDMS). SMDS tem baixa morbidade e é caracterizada por perda de peso, diminuição no crescimento, diarréia, dispnéia e icterícia. As lesões de necropsia mais comumente encontradas são: linfadenopatia generalizada, hepatomegalia, ulcerações gástricas, nefrite e pneumonia intersticial. Microscopicamente, há uma depleção disseminada de folículos linfóides, inflamação linfo-histiocítica em múltplos órgãos, nefrite intersticial, hepatite e pneumonia bronco-intersticial. Os agregados patognomônicos de corpúsculos de inclusão intracitoplasmáticos botrióides anfofílicos a basofílicos, de vários tamanhos podem ser encontrados em numerosas células, particularmente macrófagos, dependendo do estágio de infecção.
